Ok folks, need help again as we need to purchase another screen (don't ask why ), but thought rather than purchase just a monitor I have searched the internet and this Toshiba LCD TV looks pretty good value for money, but nowhere can I see that it is all regions or whatever is needed for it to play in Cyprus (mainly so we can use is whilst not in use somewhere else and get rid of one of those horrible cumbersome Sony portable TVs we have). It is a Toshiba 22AV615DB, so before I order it would I be able to play it in Cyprus? I have copied all the details down for you in the know. It has all the connections that we need so just need to know this one thing.

They have not replied - typical, even if I did choose the UK site, thought I would have got an answer back - it wasn't too big a question is the TV multi regional or not -

I think Trish as long as it's capable to playing in PAL, then you shouldn't have a problem, I brought my Hitachi LCD over from the UK & I've had no problems, I've also brought over a DVD player which I brought fromGermany & that's had no problems either

If you buy it & it doesn't work, you can always get it chipped

I know Pete, but the idea is to try and save a bit of money, not waste even more.
